Is the course suitable for my managers?
The course is designed for restaurant shift managers and those on the path to a management role who want to enrich their professional toolkit.
How many managers can I enroll in the course?
You can enroll several managers from the same restaurant or group, based on availability. (We recommend reserving spots in advance!)
What is the duration of the course and where does it take place?
The course consists of 5 sessions, held once a week in the afternoon. It takes place in central Tel Aviv.
What will they learn in the course?
360-degree shift management: from team leadership and motivation, to managing the guest experience and handling feedback (including digital platforms), to budget awareness and cost efficiency during a shift. We provide them with the tools to transform from managers who "put out fires" into managers who drive growth.
Is it a theoretical or practical course?
Extremely practical. The course is based on real-world scenarios and includes home assignments designed to give each manager a professional toolkit. This ensures that learning doesn’t stay in the classroom but is implemented in daily operations
