How we love briefings! We have already written extensively about the importance of the briefing and how it promotes a successful shift, and have given ideas
So, here are some creative and professional brief ideas straight from our brief box.
Choose 4 dishes from the menu and ask for a sales description (as they tell guests)

Choose 3 cocktails and ask for a sales description and recommendation

How and who will you upgrade to XXX (a wine that sells less or whose sales you would like to promote)?
Describe 3 white/red wines poured by the glass. How would you describe the differences between them to a guest and what would you recommend?

Recommend a chaser/drink to end the meal
If I don't eat garlic/onions/dairy/gluten (choose one), what can I eat from the menu?
Opening speech about the restaurant
*Emphasis: Short, focuses on the bottom line, presents the menu, including early hints for recommendations and meal construction later.
These are just some of the many ideas for successful briefs that we have shared. We promise to continue publishing. Want to receive our articles?
