Who are we

Years of experience, a passion for hospitality, and a drive to bring the level of service and hospitality in Israel to new places led us to open Toro.

Since 2017, we have been guiding restaurants to service excellence – from establishment to ongoing management. Our tools are unique and based on more than a decade of restaurant management, staff training, and hospitality, and are aimed at raising the level of restaurant service across all channels through which the restaurant communicates with guests.

Tom Woker

With a master's degree in political science and extensive experience working in restaurants, which led to the creation of Toro's unique feedback tool, Tom is responsible for analyzing data and producing statistical reports to improve restaurant management and guest experiences.
She also coordinates the marketing department and is responsible for writing content, managing campaigns, and producing photo days alongside professional partners and collaborators.

Rotem Goral

He has over 20 years of experience in service, hospitality and restaurant management in a variety of field and headquarters positions. Among the restaurants he has managed are: Toto, Herbert Samuel, Tapas Ahad Ha'am, Naifa, Herbert Samuel at the Ritz-Carlton, and more.
Leads the training field, which includes service and sales training for teams and managers, and hidden customer service, which allows restaurants and hospitality businesses to get a better idea of the consumer experience in the business. Rotem also accompanies restaurants and managers when opening a restaurant or in the process of organizational change.
